is a Short Tourist Lease in Via Mellera 31 Revine.
As a short tourist lease we do both tourist rentals up to a maximum of 30 days for tourist purposes, and temporary rentals for business purposes up to a maximum of 6 months. In this case the temporary contract must be registered with the Revenue Agency.
The property consists of 2 studio flats, the Yellow Suite (Suite Gialla) and the Grey Suite (Suite Grigia) , and a split-level flat, the White Suite (Suite Bianca). To the Suite Bianca it is possible to add the Blue Suite (Mansarda Azzurra), 2 attic rooms without bathroom.
Smoking is prohibited in the suites. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard or on the terraces. The courtyard and staircase are shared. Services offered: TV and Wi-Fi.
Check in is from 16:30 until 18:30. Check out is until 10:30.
Suite Gialla
– studio consisting of an open-plan double room with kitchenette and private bathroom with shower tray. Per night it costs 60 € + 20 € cleaning fee per stay. Maximum for 2 persons. It has its own parking space in the courtyard.
The yellow suite has its own terrace.
Suite Grigia
– one-room apartment consisting of a double bedroom open space with kitchenette, mezzanine with sofa bed and bathroom with shower tray. Maximum for 4 persons. Per night it costs 70 € + 20 € cleaning fee per stay. It has its own parking space in the courtyard. The grey suite is on the first floor, so you have to climb a shared staircase with the other guests.
It has its own terrace.
Suite Bianca
– flat divided into 2 floors. On the ground floor is the large, fully equipped kitchen (large fridge, dishwasher, oven, washing machine). Dining room with larin. To go to the room you have to take the common outside staircase. The double bedroom is on the first floor and has a bathroom with shower tray.
The White Suite per night costs 80€ + 20€ cleaning fee per stay. It has its own parking space in the courtyard. Maximum for 2 persons. The White Suite has its own terrace. For the White Suite there is the possibility of adding the Blue Suite.
Mansarda AZZURRA
2 double rooms without bathroom. It is located on the second floor and has its own terrace. The Blue Suite (Mansarda Azzurra) in addition for 50€ per stay + 20€ cleaning fee per stay.

The train can be taken from Vittorio Veneto railway station, 5 km from Revine. Or from Conegliano, 20 km from Revine.
The motorway can be taken from Vittorio Veneto Nord, 5 km from Revine, or from Vittorio Veneto Sud, 13 km from Revine.
Our Romantic Boutique Hospitality is located in the Municipality of Revine Lago, in a UNESCO heritage area with the renowned Prosecco DOCG, close to Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano, Cison di Valmarino, Follina and an hour’s drive from the sea Caorle, Jesolo, Venice, and the Dolomites, Cortina etc.
