Owners Andrew and Elena have a great passion for cooking and good food. Andrew is a very experienced chef. He worked for years as a chef in the best hotels in Cortina d’Ampezzo, Costa Smeralda, Saint Moritz and Venice. In 2021 he reopened his renovated (former fish-) restaurant Pizzeria Ai Laghi.

The new adventure was to prepare excellent dishes with sourdough, organic flour and natural ingredients. Pizza was perfectly suited to this new twist. Andrew prepares excellent dishes and bakes crispy doughs, always with sourdough.

Pizzeria Ai Laghi offers delicious original pizzas in an intimate and cosy space with an outdoor terrace and private parking.

The specialities are gourmet pizzas and practically everything to do with dough and sourdough.

They also offer baked appetisers, craft beers and local wines. Try their variety of pizzas with the best ingredients; including Veneto Dop prosciutto crudo, high quality Speck and cheeses from small local dairies. But also San Marzano Bio and Fiordilatte Bio tomatoes, guanciale (meat from pork jowl or cheeks) and pastin (fresh sausage without a casing) from the Lago butcher’s shop, porcini mushrooms and fresh vegetables.

Everything will blend in harmony to make your experience in the Prosecco hills special!

You will find the pizzeria a stone’s throw from the Revine lakes, 8 km from Vittorio Veneto, 15 km from Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, near Follina and Cison di Valmarino.
